I found the hotel's location excellent, right in the heart of the historical city, making it super easy to explore on foot. The rooms, unfortunately, lacked sound insulation and faced a noisy restaurant in the morning, which was not what I had expected. However, the service was exceptional, especially thanks to Jerry, Adriana, Natividad, and the cleaning staff. The dining experience was nice with a good variety, but it could have been more creative. Overall, the hotel offers a great base for exploring the city, though some room improvements could enhance the stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. While the rooms were a bit basic and old-style, the location was perfect right in the heart of Oaxaca.
